By accessing or using MemoryRelay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MemoryRelay provides a cloud-based API for persistent memory storage and retrieval for AI agents, including semantic search, entity tracking, and knowledge graph capabilities.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
• Store content that violates applicable laws

5. Data and Privacy

Your data is your own. We process it only to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling, encryption, and retention.

6. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime but provide the Service "as is" without warranty. Pro plan customers receive priority support as described in the plan details.

7. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days before deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MemoryRelay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
